As well as the flower time, on many Sunday evenings after dark orchestras are set up on the second floor balconies of the building on the right. Apart from their lights and those of the street level cafes and bars the whole place is in darkness and the effect of the music is fabulous .
This beautiful "carpet" is created every year in the Grande Place in Brussels ..... all fresh flowers
